Seeking a hands-on tutor who is willing to work with our very intelligent, but unmotivated seventh grade son. Ideally, we would like a tutor to come to our home or meet at the library on a regular basis, 3-5 times a week. Our son tests well and is in advanced classes but does not put effort into his classwork while at school or home. His biggest struggles are his lack of motivation, organization and work ethic so having someone here on a regular basis with him would be the most beneficial. Our overall goal is that the tutor we hire will create a routine with him, put in the hard work and create a sense of pride in being a successful student.
