Seeking an energetic, nurturing, and educated nanny and tutor to assist with in-home after school care for a 1st grade boy. This position requires someone with experience in education and/or tutoring at the elementary level as well as a background in childcare. The ideal candidate is creative, well-organized, and able to maintain discipline and structure, while also encouraging fun with hands-on learning activities. We would like someone who can help with light housekeeping, meal prep, general child care, and homework.
The schedule would be 2:30 p.m. to either 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Once he arrives home, you would help him complete homework and prepare some additional lessons for tutoring. Ensure he eats something nutritious and help him get ready for soccer practice 3-days per week (which starts at 5:15pm).
