Matteson family needs help with homeschool for 1st and 6th graders.

They go to school Mondays and Wednesdays and we homeschool the rest of the week. My son is 7 (1st grade) and needs a little extra help learning to read. He lacks confidence and Im struggling to help him. My daughter is 5 (kindergarten) and Id like her to get a good start on reading.

My 11-year-old son will need to be homeschooled while we find a better alternative for him. He is on the spectrum but very high functioning. He is in all normal classes at school but the social part is where he has issues and will need to be homeschooled until a better option is found. Need someone who has experience with ABA type therapy to be with him at home to keep an eye on him while parents work. Help with homework. Take to a park, etc. He is very shy at first so it may take some time for him to get used to. We would love to start meeting people who think they are a good fit. Thank you!

My son is 13 years old. He is diagnosed severe ADHD, Sensory Processing disorder, and other mental health illnesses which can be discussed further privately. Due to his behaviors he does not go to school, however I struggle home schooling him. He does better with other people so I'm hoping that whoever works with him he will do better. J also has an extremely loving and caring side. He is super smart when it comes to hands on things like mowing lawns, changing your oil or putting on a spare he just struggles severely with his education (will discuss further).
