A schedule with routine to help be sure they succeed in their education journey while they are not ready to return to a brick and mortar setting. I have a confident, personable, dog-loving, car enthusiastic 13yo son who is homeschooled, but I am now working remotely and need someone to assist me in my role with him. I am looking for 2-3 days a week for approximately 2 hours at a time, depending on his work load and speed. Hi! We are looking for a tutor for our 2nd grader. Ideally 2x/week after school. He needs extra 1:1 support, particularly in the ELA realm. He can get overwhelmed in loud settings, so we'd want to have you work with him privately in our home. He has been doing group tutoring but we feel he needs a different type of help. He is a thoughtful, bright, hard working child with many interests that he will love to share with you! He is meeting grade level standards in math, but needs help improving his writing, reading, spelling, and speaking/listening skills. He can especially use assistance with time management tactics as he tends to have perfectionist tendencies in addition to a strong will.
