The right person for this position needs to have excellent communication skills, excellent common sense, and be able to be flexible and eager to be around horses. This is a physical job and we take care of the horses in ALL weather. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral differences is crucial. The right person for this job must also have reliable transportation. There is no public transportation to our location. Mondays from 10am-2 p.m. Occasional Wednesdays from 10am-2pm

Must be able to work with different levels at the same time. There will be two separate classes by gender and the class sizes will be small, no more than 10 boys or girls in one class. This position will not follow a traditional school year. It will require a year commitment. The instructor must be sensitive to Islamic practices and beliefs of parents and students. A background check will be required upon completing interview process. The students will be separated by gender in two separate classes. They range in skill levels. Our students are homeschoolers and do not follow traditional school levels. Game schooling is preferred to enhance our students skills.
