I have experienced in my 25 years of teaching children, at least five or six children with Autism, which with time, were able to excel, just as well as the children without Autism.

I have worked with children with ASD and have taken college level courses in Special Education; I have also taken many Child and Adolescent Psychology courses in college that have helped me become cognizant of the needs of children with disabilities, and the individuality of each child.

I have been a special needs teacher in two middle schools for a total of 13 years. I have 3 children of my own, one being a special needs child himself. I have worked with the special needs population since I was in middle school. This has always been my passion and dedication.

I also have had experience with special needs classes at my high school. I am very passionate about this care because I am going to college and majoring in special education. I find so much joy and happiness within these amazing kids.
