Until recently I helped take care of 2 kids for about a year with autism and the KIF5A gene which causes spastic paraplegia and primary progressive multiple sclerosis. One child did have a G tube as well which I helped with nightly feedings with a pump and during the day we would do a gravity feed sometimes.
