I have worked a substitute teacher in special education classrooms in the public school systems in SC. While working, I have had the pleasure of working in a classroom of six boys with autism. I enjoyed working with them and I know that there are times where one has to redirect them in order to promote positive behavior.

I cared for a little girl w Down Syndrome for almost three years. That was such an experience for me as I learned so much that words can't even describe!! From doing physical, speech and occupational Therapy daily for hours was such an awarding feeling. And to see her strive and work so hard to reach those goals was amazing.
