I have been assisting with senior care for many years now, in home care anything from your daily living tasks to full on care. I have worked in an assisted living / dementia care unit and have done everything from distributing medication, showering, changing, companionship, doctor visits, errands, and also meal prep as well!

I enjoyed spending time and helping out an elderly neighbor I had, that later moved to a nursing home. I enjoy talking with them and helping them with household chores, errands, appts, cooking. I do not assist with bathing or sanitary changes. Can help with reminders for medications, exercise or simple physical therapies.
