We are south end queer couple looking for a family to join our joyful 16 month old and our incredible nanny in a share situation starting this fall

Our nanny has been with our family for a year is First Aid andCPR certified and has over 10 years of formal childcare experience and a wealth of child development knowledge including multiple years as the associate director of a day care

Schedule M to F currently 8 to 4 but we have flexibility

We provide guaranteed hours for our child care provider at 40 hours a week at a rate of 1836 h per family as well as federal holidays off and sick vacation time

We are happy to host FT or cohost
We have a huge backyard and multiple spaces in the home for the kiddos to play and nap
Other home must be gun free

We value routine creative play open communication and our nanny uses reggio emilia approach

I am immunocompromised so covid consciousness is a top priority and all individuals must be up to date on vaccinations

We are looking for a queer friendly family who has strong social justice values with a kiddo around the same age

We are looking to partner with another family who is committed to equity inclusion community care and creating a safe work environment for their childcare provider
