We have an opening for another family to join our nanny-share beginning September 24 with our amazing nanny. Our nanny is trilingual (fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language), has several years of childcare experience, including working directly with families, working at a daycare and working at an elementary school. She is very friendly, personable, and easy-going as well and goes above and beyond for the kids in her care. Our son will be 1 in September, and absolutely adores our nanny.

Our nanny-share is full time Monday through Friday and can be flexible starting between 7:30am-8:30am and ending between 4:00pm-5pm. We can discuss hours if those do not work for you. We're both easy-going working professionals that are looking for another family that's friendly and easy-going too.

We are open to hosting full-time or splitting hosting duties. At our house, we have a good play area set up, and each baby would have his/her own room for naps. Between the two of us we also telework three days a week, so are around to check-in on the kids those days, and if it s ever needed, watch one of the kids if the other is being put down for a nap.

We also have everything set up for a family looking to start a nanny-share for the first time and hit the ground running. In addition, we have all the payroll, taxes, and W2 reporting figured out and can help you with all of that too. The rate for the nanny-share is very competitive.

In addition, we are traveling for a week in October, so your child can get some one on one time to bond with the nanny.
