Seeking baby nanny share in Silver Spring area

Hi there,
Looking for another family to either join or start a nanny share in Silver Spring starting around August/ September.
We are both non-smokers and want to match with a family that is the same
-We live in a comfortable 2 bedroom condo in a managed, safe building with door people and multiple staff
-We are looking to start the share around August/September 2019
-Our child will be 5/6 months by then and we want to match with someone who will have a child ideally 6 months or younger.
