Hiring an attorney is wise, even if you just get legal advice. Interview a couple of attorneys and look for one who is known as settlement-minded. War-mongers usually make you feel like you are getting even with your X... which has plenty to do with generating a lot of legal activity (and fees), and little to do with moving on with your life and taking care of your kids.

I agree with Kenneth. My ex- husband and I had a very nice peacefull agreement, we each hired an attorney and we both like the results. It turned ugly after we sighn the papers though, but we moved on. It's been 5 years, and finaly we can talk like " adults sharing their responsabilitys to race a child" should.

holy prophet is one spiritual man i would forever give regards to, he brought my husband back to me after my old friend tried to blackmail me to take my husband and made him divorce me with wrong accusation. But this holy prophet did a prayer that resolved issues with my husband and push the other lady far away from him. I am happy to have my husband back, this prophet is great. his email is holyprophet8@gmail.com, he really surprised me.
