Well you have your day organized and the next step is meals that promote health and enery. We all know that breakfast is the most important part of any day so make sure you start your day off right. Limit the caffeine because this can really put a hamper on your day. Fruit, grains, fiber, and liquid. Beware of those juices high in sugar which can cause you to crash in about 2 hours after consumption.
Lunch can be nutritious and delicious veggies such as a salad with homemade dreesing, yogurt, sunflower kernals, apple sauce, cold cuts (low sodium) and h2o. mmmmmm. delicious.
Dinner time its hot fire up the grill and put the meat and the veggies on it. Remember you have pre-organized your day and dinner is a part of it. Don't forget to all sit together as a family so everyone can communicate about their day and have great bonding time at the table.
Oh last thought, try never to eat after 8p.m. or your good nights rest will likely be interuppted with upset stomach, heartburn and acid intigestion.
