Pet sitter check list

I saw the check list and there is one very, very important item missing! You ned an EMERGENCY
RELEASE FORM. This gives your caregier permission to take your furkid to the vet for emergency care!
Most vets have a form that they will give you. I have a copy in my 'kids' files at vet as well as copies for my caregiver! Michele
