I am a Type B in home provider and have been operating out of my home for over 6 years now. I am experienced with children of all ages. I am conveniently located close to I-70 by the Amazon Fulfillment Center. I am available between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. I provide a safe and clean environment where your child(ren) can grow, play, and learn. Rest assured that your child(ren) will be well taken care of and treated no different than my own while in my care. Ratio is small, no more than 1:6, to ensure one on one personal attention and care, where quality far exceeds quantity. Our playroom is located on the first floor, where most of our activities occur. Our day focuses on an organized routine that allows for well-balanced structure and fun, both inside and outside (weather permitting); free play in the morning to accommodate drop off times and providing breakfast, circle time with craft/worksheet, outside play if possible, lunch, story time, quiet/nap time, the one and only "scheduled" snack time after nap, and free play throughout pickups. I provide preschool age children with a curriculum, involving daily circle time (which covers months/date/year, days of the week, weather, alphabet, shapes, color, and numbers/counting) and craft/worksheet/activity covering a topic on the circle time board, to help prepare them for kindergarten. Our circle time board is rotated weekly to ensure there is routine ample exposure to the material(s) during the week. Rate is based upon state mandated ratio for in home providers, level of care, and offering the childcare tax credit. Rate also includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks (there is no regulated snack schedule, meaning if your child is hungry at any time they will be fed); all food is provided unless there is a specific dietary need. I do ask parents to supply any diapering necessities. My home is smoke free and open to visitation. I have references from both previous and current clients upon request. I am approved through the state, via federal background check, to provide care for children in the foster care system (references available to confirm this as well because background check was sent directly to the agency since it was requested by them). Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Thanks!

We are a private childcare with all the benefits of a "Commercial" center. My goal when I started this program was to be able to offer an amazing place families could bring their children and at a reasonable price. I feel with all we offer in education, art, foreign language , field trips, all meals being included we really do have the best childcare rates compared to so many other centers around our area. We keep our teacher to student ratios small. This way we can give each child the education, love, care and attention we feel they deserve. My goal is to have us be an extension of your own family! That's where the difference comes in. I'm also very proud of what we do here in our community! For instance, this past Christmas we had our first toy drive. It was a huge success! We love giving back to our community anyway we can! Every child care center has its own special programs. Here we offer Spanish, sign language, and extra tutoring classes to help bring your child to where they need to be! We believe in going above and beyond just being ready for kindergarten! We are all about education and it starts in our infant room. Infant communication skills play a key role as they develop. We carry this all the way through to our preschool program. We know you have to find the best fit for you and your family and we hope you will find it here with our little family :-) A little about my staff : We have a licensed early education teacher. She also has her degree in childcare administration and teaching degree up to 4th grade. We have a great licensed Preschool teacher. She heads up our preschool prep and preschool program. We also have 2 class leaders for our infant and toddler rooms. One of which has her LPN! So you know your child is in the best care! **** Our current clientele consists of Doctors, RN's, Teachers, Lab 2 Scientists for the state of Ohio, and Law Enforcement. I am very proud that these families trust in us to care for their children. Please contact me today for more information! I'll email you a packet, set up a phone interview and from there we can set up an in person interview with you and your family. We are private pay only at this time.

Day Care

Advantage Early Learning Academy provides a high quality child care experience in a comfortable, educational, familiar, school setting. Our program reflects the belief that learning takes place primarily through exploratory activities and discovery. The amount of adult guidance varies with each activity, as it is our belief that a good program offers both directed and non-directed experiences. This encourages children to plan, interact, engage, and think about their actions and achievements. Our classrooms are designed to be child-centered with a wide range of materials and developmentally appropriate activities. This allows your child to create, manipulate, explore, and discover according to their particular and unique interests and skill sets. Each child is valued and recognized as a unique individual with a large capacity for growth and development. Through both group and individual activities, our students are encouraged to develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically at his or her own pace. The atmosphere at AELA is focused on time well spent doing meaningful and educational activities geared towards the interests and needs of our students. This allows them the freedom to be themselves and develop as a unique individual. Our dedicated teaching staff takes into consideration, every child's differences, special abilities as well as family culture and values.

I am a stay at home mother of 2 girls. My oldest is 12 and my youngest will turn 3 at the end of May. I started watching children other than my own to give my youngest someone to play with. Currently, I am hoping to find a family that needs care for a child full time between 7 a.m. and 4 or 4:30 p.m., based on our families schedule. However, please still feel free to contact me even if you have different needs as I am always open to considering other schedules. Just please provide what you are looking for schedule wise when you contact me. I don't consider myself to be like most child care providers I have used in the past for my oldest daughter, because I won't take on everyone. If I don't think we are a good fit for each other, I will tell you as soon as possible and encourage you to do the same. I like to start out on a trial period so we can both decide if it is a good fit with no hard feelings if it's not. I provide mom care, as I am not a preschool teacher. We will play and have fun, have meals and snacks, and learn along the way in a relaxed manner. I also ask parents to provide breakfast and lunch for their child, and I will provide the snacks. I do not currently have my CPR certification renewed, but have been through the program and the renewal in the past 10 years. I do plan on renewing my certification, but do not have it currently. I grew up babysitting, but as an adult have only been providing child care since March 2011. My rates are $200 a week for one child full-time, as I charge $40 a day. If you have more than one child we can discuss what the rate for the additional child would be. Just make sure to provide me details when you contact me so I can respond more accurately. I like to keep my numbers low to provide your child more one on one attention. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. If I sound like someone that you would like to meet, please contact me. I prefer to meet with potential clients after hours or on weekends, but we can work out the best time for everyone to meet. I look forward to hearing from you!

Olivia B. says "I absolutely love her and would highly recommend her. Very caring and loving care provider! Love her and her family to pieces."

I run a small-ratio home daycare that emphasizes learning. Because young children have a great capacity to learn, my daycare doesn't simply offer free play most of the day. In addition to teaching the children through reading, songs and daily craft, I teach the children Russian, my native language because learning a second language early on greatly stimulates intellectual development and learning capacity - whether or not the child goes on to pursue the language as he or she gets older I have 4 years of daycare experience, and also have CPR, FBI, BCI, First Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse Prevention. Excellent references, experience working for a Westerville daycare and as a private nanny. The cost is $35 a day. My hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m. I am looking to fill two full-time openings, but may be amenable to part-time. My daycare offers: * Daily story time, songs and a craft aimed at teaching animals, the weather, colors, etc. * Individual and group games to teach shapes, letters and numbers. * The kids already have fun doing Zumbini with a licensed Zumba for Kids instructor (upon request and for additional cost). * Fenced in back yard. * No pets. * A very clean environment. I am very conscientious about cleaning. * Homemade breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Every meal includes fresh fruits, vegetables and protein. (I love to cook and believe that good nutrition is crucial). Only two spots left. (The three girls I currently care for are very well behaved and play well with others. There's seldom crying or fighting for toys.)
