Hi beautiful people, I would like to recommend our wonderful nanny of 1 year, Zhenghan, she preferred Holli, who is available to work with a new family starting anytime between September and October. Holli has been caring for our 3 year old son since he was 2 years old, and also our 9 years old daugther 11 years old son. We were so lucky to find her and the only reason to say goodbye because her Aupair program is over. Since I work from home a lot, I've gotten to see her in action over the years and see how wonderful she is with babies and toddlers. She has helped our kids’ development so much, for example my biggest son had server eczema caused by emotion and anxiety,he had very tough times since he got social problems at school, Holli used her nursing knowdgement to do the skincare everyday, and helped us with several behaviors corrects methods, also she deeply care sincerely for my son’s emotions just like we do. After one year, thanks god things are getting better for him now! I don’t need to mention how my daugther loves her! Also our youngest son is really ahead with speaking and loves reading which I credit to Holli's method of constantly incorporating learning into everyday activities. She always has great ideas for activities for young babies - from crafts to music classes to DIY sandboxes - and is always reading up on each developmental stage and ideas for how to deal with it. She is great at following parents schedules and suggesting tweaks when appropriate, and is happy to accommodate families trying to stay healthy during cold, flu, and COVID season. She always sends updates with photos throughout the day, and thinks of the most thoughtful gifts for her littles. Holli's done EEC, CPR, all the vaccines, etc. She is an excellent driver during the whole year with extremely clean driving record, It helped us a lot with off school activities and pick-up drop-off stuff. Anyways, It will be a blessing to have Holli as a nanny, we spent an amazing year with her, hope you get the chance likewise.
