About Yolanda

Hello My name is Lana and I've had the joy of being a nanny since 2017. Over the years I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, including those on the spectrum, and I've learned just how important it is to meet each child where they are. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing, safe and fun environment where kids can feel seen valued and supported as they grow. Beyond my nanny experience I've also had the pleasure of working as a kid's church manager and the Youth Leader, which has allowed me to connect with children and families in even deeper ways. These roles taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, and building trust - qualities I bring to every family I work with. Kindness and open communication are at the heart of everything I do. I'm grateful for the wonderful families I've worked with, many of whom I've stayed in touch with over the years, and I would love the opportunity to bring that same warmth and dedication to your family.
