I have two years of experience working directly with elderly patients. During that time, I developed strong relationships with my patients and their families, providing compassionate care while helping them maintain their independence. I always strive to ensure that the elderly patient's needs are met in a timely manner. I also make it a point to communicate with family members on a regular basis so that everyone is aware of the patient's progress and needs. Additionally, I try to build trust with the patient by showing them respect and understanding. This helps me anticipate their needs before they even become issues.. Above all else, I am passionate about helping people who are facing physical or mental challenges due to aging. I believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect, regardless of age, and I strive to create an environment where my patients can feel safe and secure
