About Arlene

Hello! My name is Arlene I am 22 years old and I have 7 years experience in caregiving. What sparked my interest in nursing and caregiving specifically is seeing my nana struggle to do her daily activities on her own. I had to help her at a young age and being there for her to keep her company was such a great experience for me. I decided to get my CNA license at 17 and worked in a nursing home for a year. The duties I performed at the nursing home were bathing, changing, feeding, and social activities. Being able to create a bond and be there for these seniors made me love my job and being told that they value and appreciate my presence is what made me strive to want to do more for my patients and make sure that they have the best care possible. I am extremely reliable, always available and having experience in a nursing home and also in home care makes me a great candidate for this position and I am eager to create a strong bond with your family member
