Pilar has been an important part of our family for the past 2.5 years. She started with us full time when our son was 4 months old. I attribute much of his growth and development to her skills. She is incredibly patient, caring, dutiful, punctual and knowledgable. She attended to all of his needs and was instrumental in helping us through development milestones--starting foods, siting, crawling, walking, talking, potty training, and so much more. I could not have imagined anyone better for him or for us. We are beyond grateful that we had her during this formative time in our son's life. The only reason she isn't staying with us, is that it is time for our son to start school and our need for full time support has changed. We are very sad to see her go but we are excited for the next family who will experience the same great support she gave our family.
