Yoli was very kind, punctual and flexible. Our girls, 5 and 9, looked forward to seeing her everyday (she watched them for 4 days when we were visiting Miami). She took the kids on mini adventures around the hotel, made sure they were showered, fed and happy and ready for bedtime at the end of the evening. She even brought art supplies for coloring. We were confident that they would be well taken care and that she would follow our instructions. If we visit again, we will definitely contact her!
