Vikki-Ann came into our lives during one of the most challenging times we had ever faced. My father was dying from congestive heart failure, and we were devastated, heartbroken, and overwhelmed. We were determined to give Dad the care he needed to spend his final days as comfortably as possible, but with full-time jobs, children, and households to manage, my mother, siblings, and I were at a loss for how to manage it all. She provided emotional comfort and unwavering support during one of the hardest periods of our lives. She was there for us with updates, kind words, and even moments of quiet reassurance when the weight of everything became too much to bear. Vikki’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication were unmatched. She was always punctual, often stayed late, and went above and beyond to meet Dad’s needs. Even now, after Dad has gone to be with the Lord, Vikki remains part of our lives. She has become not just a caregiver but a true friend — a member of our family.
