About Victoria

Hi there! My name is Victoria, I am a teacher in the toddler room at an early learning center. My most recent experience in tutoring was helping a kindergartner (who was in my classroom three years ago!) with her distance learning. In our time together she was able to move up a reading level, and improve upon her already impressive math skills! More importantly, I helped with her confidence, social-emotional health, and interpersonal skills at home. In high school and college, I have done little formal/paid tutoring. However, I often successfully helped my fellow students in my stronger subjects - algebra, biology, writing, and foreign language (I took Latin, but am available for early Spanish tutoring). I have a question-and-answer style, mnemonic devices, patience, and ability to reword things until I help people relate personally to the material.
