About Valerie

Hello! I am a creative, multitasker, nurturing, and supportive individual with over six years of experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs. My journey began by babysitting my younger siblings, who have special needs, and gradually expanded to volunteering at a nonprofit afterschool program, where I assisted children with homework, reading activities, and arts and crafts. As a college student, I am seeking a full-time nanny position that allows me to help enrich the lives of children while earning money to support my education. I am fluent in both English, Spanish, & Portuguese. I am energetic, fun, and passionate about engaging children in educational activities that help them reach milestones. I am also able to assist with light housekeeping, including kids' laundry, meal prep, and maintaining tidy play areas. I am reliable, punctual, and hold CPR and first aid certifications.
