As an after-school counselor at a Elementary I: Managed the health and safety of a class of 25+ children Developed educational and recreational activities Handled positive behavior management Conducted individual and group counseling Maintained detailed records Planned special events Managed daily routines Worked with children with special needs or behavioral issues. I enjoy working with kids for their energy and unique perspectives. With morning college classes, I am available afternoons and evenings. When looking for a job, I seek a positive work environment with job security for long-term growth.
