About Valerie

As a babysitter, I have had the privilege of caring for a sibling group of four (ages 5-10), sibling set of two (2, 4), sibling set of two (7, 9), autistic boy (9), single boy (8-10). Plan, prepare and arrange nutritious meals for children, Clean up dining area after meal, Adhere to particular dietary rules inside family, Keep children s bathrooms orderly throughout work hours, Perform child related everyday jobs as directed by parents, Organize children s bedroom and play areas, Supervise children s activities in their own rooms and play areas. I also had the privilege and opportunity of volunteering at Camp in Newport Beach for three summers. While volunteering at Camp, it gave me the opportunity to develop leadership skills and learn about work skills for future employment. It was a minimum of a three week commitment during summers working with Counselors and/or Directors of the program. I even had the opportunity to work as a shadow with kids that have special needs.
