Hello, I am Unni! I have 5+ years of experience in home based environments and 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility. I specialize in caring for infants and toddlers ages 0-3 years of age. I understand the unique and gentle disposition needed to work with young children. I believe every young child deserves stable and trustworthy caregivers. I strive to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere and follow the parents' lead when it comes to family practices and respect parents preferred methods of communication. My aim is to provide compassionate and respectful childcare. I value helping facilitate growth and supporting infants and toddlers to reach major milestones.
