Tash has worked for us for nearly 3 years as an in-home nanny for our 2 boys while I work from home full time. The only reason we're parting ways is because I have decided to quit my job and will no longer need childcare. When she started with us my kids were 8m and 3y, now 3y and 6y. They both adore her. My older son is neurodivergent and sensitive, and she is so patient and understanding with him. She is really good at asking me how I want her to approach different situations, always wanting to be aligned with my parenting style and decisions. She is trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic. We recommend!
