About Tracy

I am a current nursing student and former daycare teacher at an early education center, experienced in caring from infancy to elementary school age! My priority when caring for children is providing an empathetic environment with individualized relationships, always trying to work with the child to better understand their perspective. As a daycare teacher, I managed a classroom of 10+ children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and developmental progress. This experience honed my attention to detail and allowed me to gauge the appropriate activities for children of all ages. I am always mindful of the fact that this is every child's first time experiencing this world, which allows me to provide them the utmost patience and compassion. I have experience in communicating with parents the child's progress and activities for the day, and am comfortable keeping parents updated in whichever way is best for them! I look forward to making a positive and beneficial impact on your child(ren)!
