My background includes a formal education in child development & certification as a teacher. My patient & calm demeanor allows me to create a safe & nurturing environment for children to thrive. I'm also creative & imaginative, which helps me incorporate fun & educational activities into their day. My approach to communication is open and transparent, ensuring that parents are regularly updated about their child's progress & any matters that arise. In terms of household rules, I'm comfortable enforcing them consistently & fairly.
