About Tracey

I enjoy tutoring math and I love to write various genre including poetry, plays, short stories and books. I am an educator with experience tutoring. I became an emergency teacher with the Board of Education (for about 4 1/2 years). Also, I started out as a volunteer in the Head start Program. My class was acknowledge on TV for Detroit Board of Education. I taught 17/19 students to read very well in HeadStart program. I was hired as a teacher/assistant teacher working 4 1/2 years at South East HeadStart. Currently, I substitute teach in Washtenaw County (4 +yrs). I love the challenge of helping people go beyond what they believe Is possible. I explore how they learn best and integrate their interest into learning. I worked with special needs in Ypsilanti, WISD and Ann Arbor schools. I have two Associates in Elementary Education and Early Childhood, I have a bachelors degree, educational courses and other credentials. I took basic skills MTTC and passed with high scores.
