We found Tracey through Care.com in the winter of 2019. Beginning in August 2019, she cared for our newborn twins and 3 year old. We planned on having her aboard for 2 years until we felt comfortable sending our twins to a daycare setting. However, what ended up happening is that Tracey is so incredible with our family, that she is now actually part of our family. After 2 years, we didn’t need her full time anymore, but she still cared for them once a week and whenever else we needed her. Now that my twins are in kindergarten, she still comes to put them on the bus when she is able. Tracey is such a natural with children. Although babies is her specialty, she did a phenomenal job caring for my older daughter as well, ensuring she had equal attention to her baby sisters. She even took care of our high maintenance golden retriever amidst the chaos! She planned and would pick up materials for developmentally appropriate activities for each of my children. She made and gave (and continues to give) holiday gifts to my children. She tidied up the house, did their laundry, made lunches and stuck to the schedule for my children that I wanted her to without question. She was timely and dependable day in and day out. If you are looking for a nanny, your search should end here. Tracey is the best nanny and person I could ever imagine caring for my daughters! Hiring her was hands down the best decision I have made as a mother.
