About Timothy

With a strong foundation in health and wellness, I bring a caring and people-first attitude to help you prioritize your needs. I am a Fort Collins resident for over seven years and I come with years of compassion, empathy, and an understanding of what it means to care for the Northern Colorado community. My experience in care extends well into my young adult years. As a certified personal trainer, a majority of my work with the geriatric community has been in exercise and nutrition. I also took on a role assisting my grandmother with her daily needs while I was in college, which taught me many lessons in time management while still providing the utmost care. My main goal is to improve the quality of life for people of all age. I hope to foster a trusting relationship and create a nurturing environment where you feel valued and respected. I'd describe my personality as having a warm presence, being highly reliable, and consistently communicative.
