About Lauren

I have my Associates Degree in Health Science and a certification in Occupational Therapy Assisting, with seven years of professional senior caregiving experience in skilled nursing, and two years in home health. I specialize in promoting independent function in unique and engaging ways, while cultivating a trusting and professional relationship with my senior clients and their families . My approach is client centered, taking into consideration the needs and goals of my clients and their caregivers. Although I am licensed and certified as an Occupational Therapy practitioner, my services offered are those of a caregiver. However, in addition to being a friend and helping hand for you or your loved one, I can offer my education and training in areas of self care, transportation and community mobility, community resources, organization, home modification, and fitness.
