I have worked with children in many different setting over the last 12 years. I've worked, in schools, volunteered in an outdoor setting and recently worked in the homes as an registered behavioral technician (RBT). I have worked with typical and special needs children and teenagers ranging from 2-17 years old. I have two brothers that allowed me to act as the third guardian because of our large age gap. The older of my two brothers was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) which gave me personal insight in the field and led me to mentoring other siblings of individuals with special needs at the age of 14. This eventually led me to going back to school in 2020 and major in psychology with a minor in child development. I will be graduating with my AA-T this Spring'22 semester and transferring to CSUDH in the fall double majoring in psychology and political science. The goal is to use my knowledge and voice to advocate for individuals with special needs as well as their families.

We highly recommend Tiffany! She is honest and kind and truly goes above and beyond. She provided care for our special needs son on two different days. She took him fun places and spent really quality time with him. She even brought puzzles and games to play with him at our place. She also cooked dinner one night and made enough for our whole family! She is very dependable and experienced. Her communication with us was excellent and even when our son had behavior issues, she handled perfectly and communicated exactly what happened right away. We felt our son was safe and happy with Tiffany and would not hesitate to hire her again!
