About Theresa

Families that I have worked for describe me as Mary Poppins. I am a creative and caring individual that champions the wellbeing and flourishing of others. My experience in childcare ranges from working in camp settings with adolescents ages 8-18, nannying for twins ages 5-8, and living with and helping raise friends' children. I majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a concentration in Speech Pathology, and I have worked closely with children with speech disorders, hearing loss, and alternative education needs. I appreciate open and direct communication with employers. I take the care and safety of children seriously, and I expect needs, concerns, and any other pertinent information to be communicated appropriately and timely.
