About Theadora

Hello! My name is Thea, and I am a first-year student at the University of Colorado Boulder. I live just north of Boston in Beverly Farms, MA. I am looking for a nannying job on Nantucket this summer! I have several years of babysitting experience, including caring for my younger sister, who was born when I was nine. From a young age, I loved taking on a nurturing role, and from then on I have absolutely loved working with kids while helping them learn and grow. I take joy in interactive learning, engaging activities, and helping children understand the value of things in a fun and meaningful way. My parents got engaged in Sconset, and ever since they introduced my older sister and me to the island, I've fallen in love with it. I've spent most summers there, and I would love the opportunity to return while doing what I love: caring for children. My respectful, patient, compassionate, nature helps me connect with children, enabling me to be a positive role model in their lives.
