About Alexandra

I am extremely experienced with caring for children of various ages and am not working as a paraprofessional (teacher's assistant) in the school district. I am very active and love the outdoors. I have been a childcare provider since 2009, and have worked closely with families babysitting on a regular basis as a nanny or for the occasional night on the town. I also have worked as a museum educator at the Nantucket Historical Association, where my role was to engage children and their parents, as well as facilitate activities. Some of my nannying responsibilities have included: -Responsible for the safety of children of various ages while parents were absent -Oversee snack and meal preparation -Organize recreational activities and teach swimming lessons -Take children to various community events and enrichment programs -pick up from school, drop off at other activities -help with homework and other educational assignments.
