Hi! I'm Adell , a UVA student from Richmond, VA, with six years of babysitting experience. I am responsible, caring, and love working with all ages of children. My background in leadership and education allows me to create a safe, fun, and structured environment. I enjoy engaging kids in creative activities while ensuring their well-being. As a camp counselor and team captain, I developed leadership skills, organizing activities and ensuring a positive, structured environment. CPR-certified, I prioritize safety and will renew my certification this spring. I am also highly experienced in water supervision.
