I became a CNA after graduating from high school, working at a number of facilities in southern California. While raising our kids, I started working private private duty jobs in northern Minnesota and continued after moving to Oregon in 1999. After working for a Senior Adult Foster Home, I completed the Oregon State course for Residential Care Manager and opened several Senior Adult Foster Homes for friends, as well as running a number of homes for male, female, or mixed residents. During this time, I also worked private duty for a pair of seniors in Central Oregon. Upon moving to the Oregon coast, I went to work for the State of Oregon as an In-home caregiver, as well as some private duty in-home private care clients. My last clients were able to return to Florence after their health improved and I'm now looking for (a) new client to work with/for.

I would hire Terry H. again without hesitation! She was the best employee I ever had. She is a hard worker, punctual and eager to do whatever is asked of her. She is professional and compassionate, and highly motivated and experienced. In my opinion any employer would benefit from having Terry H. as an employee.
