Tenzin consistently went above and beyond the job description of a nanny and babysitter. She applied her skills, positive attitude, and caring to all she did and always strived to give our kids the best care. Thanks to Tenzin, our baby thrived in learning words, social skills, and reaching his developmental milestones. As an educator myself, I've had many discussions about working with kids and setting boundaries, and Tenzin is very skillful. She’s gentle and intentional, yet firm and not permissive. She brings into our house a sense of gentle calm, thoughtfulness, and dedication to the wellbeing and happiness of the kids. She has many years of experience with kids of all ages, including taking care of two siblings at once. She often watched our 1-year-old baby and his 6-year-old sibling together. We loved working with her full-time and now our baby is graduating to the next stage of his education. We will miss seeing her every day but we look forward to staying connected as our whole family loves her.
