Over five years of experience, I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to explore, learn, and thrive. With a calm and patient demeanor, I build strong connections with children, helping them feel secure and understood. My approach to discipline is thoughtful and respectful, emphasizing consistency, gentle guidance, and positive reinforcement. I also place high value on open, honest communication with parents. I provide regular updates and insights into each child's day, helping families stay informed and reassured. My background includes college-level courses and experiences with Early Childhood Development. I bring additional experience from roles as a children's gymnastics instructor, a caretaker, and a member at the Children's Museum, where I worked for three years. It's very important for a babysitter/nanny to love kids. This isn't just a job for me. I think that children are amazing. And I love to create positive environments that they'll be happy in!
