Raquel is beyond anything I could ask for. She has taken care of my baby since she was 2 months old. Since I saw her pick up the baby for the first time I knew Raquel was a pro! We have been well cared for ever since! She has been a professionally trained nanny for many years, and it shows! She is incredibly diligent and takes wonderful care of the baby. She always takes initiative, but also defers to me as the parent. She has never been late, and only once called in sick. She communicates very well and directly and reports on everything. She is always safety conscious and knows exactly how to care for the baby based on development stage. I often ask for her advice! My daughter adores her, and frankly so do I. I have gotten to know Raquel well and she has become one of my favorite people. She is truly honest and good.
