About Tasheira

I am a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2020). I graduated with a B. S in Psychology, a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in Social Welfare and Social Work. At the University of Massachusetts, I was a member of the honors psychology program, Psi Chi. I also participated in Autism Speaks, the transfer mentor program, and I was a teaching assistant. I first began babysitting at the age of 12 and have continued to care for children of all ages and needs since then. I've worked at facilities such as the Nantucket Artist Association and the Nantucket STAR program as a teacher's assistant. I am a fully licensed driver with no marks on my record. I am a Nantucket native, and my family has lived on the island for over 60 years. I graduated from Nantucket High School class of 2016. Currently, I am an English teacher in Murcia, Spain and I am excited to be back on Nantucket this summer. Please let me know if you have any questions.
