Hello, I am Tasha and I would love to tutor your child! I am a Florida certified teacher with 10 years of working experience. During my time in education I have taught 3rd and 5th grade, as well as facilitating intensive reading groups in kindergarten and 1st grade. To influence a love of reading I will conduct age-appropriate novel studies supplemented with comprehension activities. I'd describe my personality as creative, open-minded, and caring. I like tutoring because I love to help students find their love of reading! I started tutoring 4 years ago in addition to my teaching career. In my spare time, I like to practice graphic design, photography, cooking, and I love to spend time with my dogs. I am also a self proclaimed "Disney adult".
