About Tara

Hello! My name is Tara, I am a registered nurse and new mom! Even before becoming a nurse, caring for others, particularly children, was always a part of my life. Growing up, my mother ran a daycare in our home, and when I came home from school, I was always so excited to help her take care of the kids. When she decided to pursue a new career, I found a job working at a daycare as well. In addition, while going through nursing school, I nannied for a family with 3 children for several years whom I met through care. com! Since then, I worked as an RN in several settings, including in the home of 2 siblings requiring total care who are wheelchair and ventilator dependent. I currently work as an oncology and hospice nurse part time. I am a new mom to a baby boy born in December. I am home with him during the week so I am available routinely. However, I will be needing to bring him with me or I am open to having your child come play with us in our apartment in Point Ruston.
