About Talia

I'm sophomore at Northwestern University. I love spending time with kids because I have two younger siblings who I adore. I love the bluntness and easygoing nature of kids! I play piano and violin and have experience tutoring and teaching those instruments. I also love math and reading, so I can put those to good use! I'd describe my personality as understanding, hardworking, and optimistic! I like tutoring because I love watching people feel like they have mastered a skill, topic, or idea and that overall confidence or insight they gain. I'm looking for a job that involved both my best efforts and a willing person to be tutored by me. I started tutoring when I was a freshman in high school for musical instruments. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, go on walks, and sleep! One thing you should know about me is I love meeting new people and I love to make new friends! My skills include helping connect the dots, explaining, and answering questions.
