Qualification/Experienced: - Degree in Bachelor in Science Physical Therapy -20 years in Caregiving - Alzheimer/ Dementia (both severe and mild cases) no matter how easy or difficult I've always helped with care, understanding and always given them their rightful dignity no matter how progressive the situation is. - Assistance with all incontinence issues - Administering medications - Light cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner) & housekeeping - Light exercise and outdoors fresh air, if client is able. - Patients on oxygen and/or tube fed - Wound care (i. e. bed sores, stage 3 sores, etc.) - Able to lift up to 120 lbs and transfer from bed to chair. - Worked with Hospice clients. - Driving Patients to their Drs Appointments
