I have 5 years of experience in giving care to adult and senior. I monitored my patients' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and reported changes to my Supervisor or professional staff. I provided patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed and more daily activities. I Assisted client with bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene items. I performed light housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, and running errands. I worked with patients who have Alzheimer's and Dementia.
